60 Second Meal for Moms - Barilla Ready Pasta

As a single mom, it can get tiring. Especially after working 40 hours a day, and tending to a 4 year old...not to mention me being 7 months pregnant while doing all of this. One thing you have to do, no matter how tired you are, is cook for your precious kids. I have the perfect niche for those days where you really do not feel like standing for an hour to prepare supper.

Barilla's Ready Pasta only takes 60 seconds to prepare and is all natural with no preservatives! If you're like me, you may want to add some meat to your dish, so consider throwing in some ground turkey for a more healthy choice, or grilled chicken. You can either add sauce, or eat it as is. I typically add diced chili tomatoes by Del Monte to give it a bit more flavor. You can also try using Ragu or other pasta sauces of your liking.

The good part about this is that you can make a pasta dish of your choice and not spend all day waiting for water to boil, noodles to cook and so forth. If your kids are anything like mine, they will absolutely love it and you will too because you saved so much time on a savory meal.
