I do not know if you have noticed or not, but life will not always be full of sunny days and walks in the park. Dark day are going to come and there will be times that you feel like everything is going wrong in your life. You will feel like people are turning against you and that you are being attacked from the enemy and you do not know why. I am here to tell you that when you are feeling attacked, God is only testing you and preparing you.
Sometimes, storms will arise to test our faith in God. We cannot turn against Him nor get discouraged when things are not going as planned. You have to remain steadfast and keep your faith and focus on God. You have to have the thought set in your mind that everything is going to be alright.
The devil only attacks those he feels threatened by.
If you feel like you are constantly being attacked, it is because there is something in you that the devil sees as a threat. He knows how strong you are and wishes to overcome you by sending you mishap after mishap, breakup after breakup, and letdown after letdown.
These things happen so that we can get distracted from the goal, which is to trust in God, and go to heaven. The devil tries to destroy everything around him. His plan is to divide and conquer. He wants to get you by yourself so that he can attack. There is power in pairs and numbers, therefore, he uses schemes to get you alone, in a period of solidarity, so that he can try to attack you. Understand that he has been doing this for a long time, and it seems to work. Most people are weak when they are by themselves and have no one on their team to pray against these types of attacks.
Once you know and understand what the devil is up to, you have a better chance of not falling for his strategy. Stay rooted in your faith, and always turn to God so that you do not fall weak in your times of trouble and give in to the plan of the enemy. You are feeling attacked because you are God's child and you are special. Attacks come in may different ways, so keep your guard up and keep the Word in your heart. This is the only way to fight against the plan that is set out to destroy you.
